What timeline can I expect from start to possession?
Upon signing a purchase agreement we will immediately start the process. We let our customers know that our start to full completion is estimated at 5 ½ to 6 months. This could vary if products become hard to acquire, but in our past homes we have been fortunate enough to have all completed within 6 months from the start date.
How long have you been in the home building industry?
Anchored Custom Homes Ltd was started in March of 2021; BUT, before this time we were building with another builder under his company name until we decided to branch out on our own. With that being said we have 15 years of experience under our belt.
How customizable is a new build?
The sky's the limit when it comes to customizing a home. Your Dream Our Team.
Are you insured and licensed in the province of Alberta?
Yes we carry private insurance for the building process to ensure if anything catastrophic were to happen the project would be fully insured. Also we have a National Home Builders warranty to cover our project for 10 years.
Will the price of our home change as the build goes? No surprises here. What we agree upon is the price you pay. If prices go up as the build is in process then the builder will cover the higher costs. The only thing that will affect the price is if you decide to upgrade or make changes to the agreed build.
Why should I build or purchase a new home?
Buying new is the way to check everything off your wish list. Quality construction is at the forefront of our goals while building your dream home. With our single-family product, you can customize every aspect of your home. Additionally, we have levels of customization for all our other home styles too! You also have peace of mind with the National Home Warranty program, a ten-year warranty when you buy new.
Can we make changes to our custom home during the building process?
Yes we allow 3 changes throughout the build with no cost for making the change but buyers will have to assume the price of materials and installation cost difference than what was quoted.
What can I choose for the house?
You will be able to choose everything from countertops, cabinet styles, flooring, lighting fixtures, appliances, and even paint colour.
